English

In English this term we have continued working on our Phonics. We have completed lots of practical activities linked to our own sounds including Ping Pong throw, splat the sound and splat the picture. We have also completed lots of work in our books and put into practice our new sounds by reading books.

Maths

In Maths we have been looking at measuring. We have covered length, weight and capacity. As a part of this we used cubes to measure objects around the classroom. We had great fun especially when things were very tall so we had to build tall towers of cubes.

In Science this term we have been looking at electricity. As a part of this we were looking at toys that are electrical and not electrical, we explored a range of different toys then labelled them accordingly.

Computing

In Computing this term we have been looking at coding, we have explored the Beebots focusing on directions. We

then played and explored different coding games on the internet.
