In Maths we have enjoyed work on pattern. We have looked at colour patterns, as well as counting in 2s, 5s and 10s!

Trip to ASDA

As part of our history topic of Shops through Time, we enjoyed a trip to Westbrook Asda. We had lots of fun seeing how many different things are sold in such a large supermarket. Years ago, people had to go to different shops for bread, meat, vegetables and more. We chose biscuits and cereal for our snack cupboard.

Buddhism

In RE we have been learning about Buddhism. We have been experiencing meditation sessions and exploring artefacts. Our key question this half term is ’Who do we look up to?’. We have been thinking about our positive qualities and those of our friends.

Table Cricket

Bluebells loved our trip to Padgate Academy to take part in a table cricket tournament! We had so much fun and are looking forward to playing again soon.

Fruit - DT

Lots of fun in Bluebell looking at our topic of fruit! We have designed, made and tasted fruit kebabs. We talked about a healthy diet and everyone in Bluebell is trying to eat healthily.

Science

We really enjoyed our Science theme day about Our World. We looked at the Earth and the Sun. We talked about the shape of the Earth, and decided to look after our world. Well done!

What a fantastic topic, Simple Healthy Exercise! We have enjoyed different types of exercise and talked about how our bodies feel.
