Firefly Class is a KS1 class of 7 year 2 pupils. We follow the Willow Pathway, which is a creative and sensory topic-based approach to the curriculum.

Each pupil will have a home-communication book, this will allow staff and family to easily share and communicate information - we will update these books at the end of each day and check for home messages each morning.

We also use Evidence for Learning (EFL), where we will share lots of photos from our lessons over the school year. Parents and carers can also upload to EFL to share the exciting things our pupils are getting up to outside of school, we love to see this!

We ask that the pupils bring a spare change of clothes as we have lots of fun (sometimes messy), as we explore our topics through creative and sensory activities.

We request that our pupils wear their PE kits to school on Mondays, as we have our PE lesson on Monday afternoon.
