The pupils loved our work in Art this half term and we worked on colour mixing, creating tints and tones and used shades of colour to produce amazing work.

We had great fun in D.T. and found out more about inventions and inventors. We have created our own string telephones, looked at ways to make paper waterproof, and have found out about how to reinforce paper structures.

In English, we have produced Talk for Writing work linked to the magic finger. We had to think about what we would do if we had our own magic fingers. There was a lot of turning teachers into things!

Hold on to your ankles! In PE, we have developed our Hockey skills by developing ball control and passing and receiving skills.

In Science, we have been exploring Forces and Magnetism. We had great fun investigating friction and carried out an investigation to see which surfaces slow down a marble best.
