Daisy is a key stage 2 class on the Elm pathway. We follow and assess against the SCERTS scheme and a topic based SPELL curriculum. We enjoy learning both inside and outside through 1:1 work, choose activities, OT circuits and sensory based activities, please ensure your child has a small selection of spare clothes in their bag. Our classroom is set up linked to our individual needs. Each child will have a home school diary where parents can communicate with the class teacher regarding the children’s day.

Snack

Pupils in Daisy class have snack twice a day to support our communication, symbol exchange and SCERTS curriculum. If you would like your child to have class snack, please send £1 per week to cover this, school toast comes at an additional cost of £1.50 per week. Children can bring in their own snacks if they prefer.

PE

PE will take place on a Friday afternoon, please send in your children in to school wearing PE clothes on a Friday.
