In DT we have been making playground structures using art straws!

In Music we have been exploring using different instruments!

Welcome to Daffodil Class

Class Teacher: Miss Blinco

Teaching Assistants: Miss Sudworth and Mrs McKenna

We are a Key Stage 2 class with 8 pupils in Year 4, Year 5 and Year 6. Daffodil class follow the Oak pathway.

Each pupil will have a home-school book to enable staff and families to communicate and share information. Please also access Evidence for Learning, as this is where we will share examples of the fun activities pupils have been doing in class.

Homework will be sent out on a Friday to be returned on Monday. This will be spellings and Maths/English. Pupils will also be given a reading book and reading record. Please document in the reading record when you have read with your child at home. Books will go home on a Monday and will be swapped on a Friday.

Our PE lesson will be provided by Warrington Wolves on a Friday afternoon.

We enjoy toast as we arrive to school and this is at a cost of £1.50 per week. This can be sent to the office.

AUTUMN 2

In English we have been using Small Town Superheroes to practise our punctuation skills! 

In Maths we have been playing the game Battleships to practise our coordinates! 

In Spanish we made pooping logs out of chocolate to celebrate a Spanish Christmas!
